SnapAppy is a positive psychology intervention to improve affect and well-beingSnapAppy a research project by the School of Engineering and Digital Arts and the School of Psychology at the University of Kent.This research study aims to observe the effect that a smartphone-based positive psychology intervention has on psychological state.The intervention will run over 30 days with a total participation duration of approximately 120 minutes.You will be required to log positive events with a photo or a written description which will describe your positive emotions using SnapAppy.Please report at least one positive event per day, but we would encourage you to log more if you like. You will also log your daily mood within the app. Location traces will also be collected in the background to observe the effect that location has on your psychological state.You will also need to complete several online surveys before and after the intervention (taking about 10 minutes to complete). There will also be two-minute surveys to complete every 10 days during the intervention.
